John TardunoJohn T. Tarduno
President and Chief Executive Officer

John T. Tarduno is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc.

As President and CEO, John is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations for the company. Tarduno’s leadership and passion have become hallmarks of his tenure at the company. He is focused on continuing innovation and leadership in the technology industry. Previously Chief Operating Officer of RGTS, he was responsible for developing and executing principal business strategies for the company, primarily in the areas of process development, strategic planning, financial planning, and the execution of current and future business and operational processes.

John first joined The Rockefeller Group in 1986 and was Supervisor of Internal Audit until leaving the company in 1994 to become Director of Internal Audit for Reichmann International, L.P., of New York. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Internal Audit for Medimax, Inc., of New York. John returned to RGI in 1996 and was named Director of Internal Audit. He also served on the Board of Directors for 1Nservice.

He is a graduate of St. John’s University and holds a B.S. in accounting. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Robert C. PaulRobert C. Paul
Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Counsel, and Vice President
Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc.

Robert C. Paul is the Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Counsel, and Vice President of RGTS. He holds an A.B. degree cum laude from Dartmouth College, and a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Bob has a long and distinguished international track record as an attorney and business counselor in New York and Brussels, Belgium. He has experience in the fields of real estate and finance, wealth management, business restructuring, and telecommunications.

He is a member of the New York Bar, as well as the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of New York City, the International Bar Association and the Dartmouth Lawyers Association. In 2007, Bob was elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the premier organization of American real estate lawyers. He served from 2001 to 2006 as the editor-in-chief of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal, and remains active as a member of the Council of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Richard GrossRichard Gross, RPA, FMA.
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Richard Gross is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions. In this capacity, Mr. Gross is responsible for a wide range of operational, strategic planning, and sales and marketing activities at RGTS. His day to day functions include providing leadership and support to sales executives with direct responsibility for Network Operations, Engineering, Client Support, Project Management and Building Wire Infrastructure Management.

Mr. Gross also directs marketing and promotions at RGTS by overseeing corporate branding, advertising and tradeshow activities.

Prior to joining RGTS in 1999, Mr. Gross served as a manager of customer services for NEC Business Network Solutions. In this position, he supervised field activities throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Prior to that, Mr. Gross was a regional manager for Siemens Tel Plus where his activities included the implementation and maintenance of customer service policies and practices.

Mr. Gross holds a BBA degree in Management and Marketing from Iona College as well as his RPA and FMA designations from BOMI International.

Thomas ZinkThomas Zink
Assistant Vice President, Finance
Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc.

Thomas Zink is Assistant Vice President of Finance responsible for all financial aspects of the company including general accounting, financial analysis, financial statement preparation, and budgeting.

Mr. Zink directs and manages the finance team that handles the day-to-day financial activities. He is responsible for preparing financial statements, variance analysis of financial results, and informing Senior Management of results with respect to the company’s overall profitability objectives. Mr. Zink also prepares the company budget and ten year forecast annually and monitors performance versus budget. He establishes the profitability and pricing for solutions offered to clients.    

Mr. Zink joined RGTS in 1999 as Manager of Finance responsible for financial statement preparation and general accounting. Over the past few years Mr. Zink has continued to increase his role and responsibilities in the company.

Prior to RGTS, Mr. Zink has over fifteen years of experience in various financial roles. He was Finance Manager at Telephonics Corporation responsible for the financial reporting of the company. He worked at Telephonics Corporation from 1988 to 1999 and began his career with Harris Corporation in 1983.

He is a 1983 graduate of Bryant University, (B.S. in B.A), and completed his M.B.A. at Adelphi University in 1994.

Todd W. AdamsTodd W. Adams
Director of Infrastructure Services
Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc.

Todd W. Adams is the RGTS Director of Infrastructure Services. His primary responsibility is to manage the ISP and OSP infrastructure services in all US markets. Additionally Mr. Adams serves on the RGTS executive advisory team, and oversees new initiatives and special projects.  

Mr. Adams joined RGTS in 2003. Prior to RGTS, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Synergy Networks. Mr. Adams previously owned two network integration companies. He also served as Vice President of Premises Distribution for IKON Office Solutions Technology Services. Mr. Adams has over 25 years' experience in the telecommunication and networking industry.
